The Conference on Medical Activities and Advancements – COMA 2024 is a national level medical conference for undergraduates, hosted by Navodaya Medical College, Raichur. This event is entirely organised and managed by the student body under the guidance of the college management.
With the theme “Learning Never Ends” in mind, we are excited to gather young talents, providing them with a platform to learn and explore various aspects of the medical field.

This year’s conference offers a diverse array of events, such as symposiums, panel discussions, and workshops led by experts in their fields.
Each event is crafted to foster a collaborative environment, allowing participants to present their ideas, strategies, and skills to further healthcare advancements. Additionally, keynote sessions by renowned medical professionals will provide a dynamic, hands-on learning experience. Academic events, including paper and poster presentations, will give budding researchers the opportunity to present their work to a broad, multidisciplinary audience. Complementing the academic aspects, the conference also features fun-filled events like quizzes, essay, and photography competitions, fostering creativity and relaxation.

The Campus of Possibilities.
Founded by Shri S.R. Reddy in 2001, Navodaya Medical College was the first medical institution in Raichur. It stands as an outstanding example of architectural brilliance, with expansive structures and picturesque surroundings that captivate visitors. The impressive infrastructure, complemented by cutting-edge technology and advanced facilities, reflects the uniqueness of the college. The institution promotes a spirit of exploration and discovery, offering a perfect blend of high-quality education, innovative research, and a vibrant campus life.
The college offers a 4.5-year program leading to the M.B.B.S. degree. Navodaya Medical College and its affiliated Navodaya Medical College Hospital & Research Centre are recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka. The hospital, with its 1110-bed capacity, provides services to all sections of society, with 80% of the beds designated for free care to the underprivileged. The institution’s mission is to excel in education, research, healthcare, and community service.
